BenzCostLess.com is a strictly independent company dedicated to supplying our customers with top quality, O. E. M., new and rebuilt parts at the lowest possible prices in the most efficient manner possible. We also offer some high quality after market parts and if so requested, good used parts. In many cases we have parts that other stores don’t because we have different sources. We rely on an extensive network of domestic warehouses and one in Germany to save our customers money on the best quality parts for their Mercedes. We offer a very complete line of mechanical and electrical Mercedes Benz parts for models of the last 40 years and many parts for older models. We can also supply many parts for European models. Please e-mail us about any parts you need for any Mercedes passenger car.
Shipping
Unless you specify otherwise, shipment will be by UPS ground or, in the case of some small parts, by USPS.
Returns
All returns, for any reason, require authorization. Return authorization will be given in the following circumstances:
• Rebuildable cores for which a core deposit has been paid
• Any goods found defective within the manufacturer's warranty period
• Any goods which are in new, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase
No parts which have been installed on a vehicle or have been disassembled may be returned. Returned parts must be in their original packaging with all identifying numbers clearly legible. No returns can be authorized or accepted for electrical or electronic parts. No returns can be authorized or accepted for special orders.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is necessitated by an error on our part. Refunds for core deposits will be made as soon as the rebuilder verifies that the core is in rebuildable condition. Refund or replacement for a defective part will be made as soon as the defect is verified. Refunds for parts returned for reasons other than rebuilding, warranty claim, or error on our part, are subject to a 15% restocking charge. A 15% restocking charge will also be applied to any order cancelled after we have specially ordered and received parts for the customer.
Warranties
All new or rebuilt parts sold by BenzCostLess.com carry full manufacturer's or rebuilder's warranties. In most cases parts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for six months or 6,000 miles whichever occurs first. Some rebuilt parts are guaranteed for as much as three years. There shall be no return or warranty on any electrical part sold by BenzCostLess.com, with the exception of Bosch products, which are subject to the Bosch Warranty Policy.
