Shipping
Regular orders over $50 to destinations within the contiguous 48 states include
free UPS ground shipping and free insurance. Some special orders do
include free shipping. Unless you specify otherwise,
shipment will be by UPS ground or, in the case of some small parts, by
USPS. If you require any form of expedited shipping, you will be charged
the actual cost. Orders less than $50 will be charged a flat $9.95 for
shipping and handling.
Returns
All returns, for any reason, require a return authorization number. Return
authorization will be given in the following circumstances:
- Rebuildable cores for which a core deposit has been paid
- Any goods found defective within the manufacturer's warranty period
- Any goods which are in new, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase
No parts which have been installed on a vehicle or have been disassembled may be returned. Returned parts must be in their original packaging with all identifying numbers clearly legible. No returns can be authorized or accepted for electrical or electronic parts. No returns can be authorized or accepted for special orders. The return authorization number must be plainly displayed near our address on the returned package(s). Return authorizations are sent via e-mail. No packages without a return authorization number will be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is necessitated by an error on our part. Refunds for core deposits will be made as soon as the rebuilder verifies that the core is in rebuildable condition. Refund or replacement for a defective part will be made as soon as the defect is verified. Refunds for parts returned for reasons other than rebuilding, warranty claim, or error on our part, are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Warranties
All new or rebuilt parts sold by BenzCostLess.com carry full
manufacturer's or rebuilder's warranties. In most cases parts are
guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for six months or
6,000 miles whichever occurs first. Some rebuilt parts are guaranteed for
as much as three years.
